Hi! I created a version of the Stac technique. It has no way to compress literals. I implemented two strategies: one of my own and MTF, and both gave me no noticeable increase in compressability. I am working on Adaptive Huffman Codes, but it is
currently buggy. Any recommendations? BTW, this is for an 8-bit computer.
