Has been changing their backend config as of late. To be honest as a recent customer it's been painful at my end as the promised speeds have not been there and the family are unhappy.
Tonight I've purchased an upgraded speed plan so I hope in the coming days things may improve.
Sharing this, in case services to NET 1 drop in/out for a bit over the coming 24 hours...
