    Thanks Dan, and afternoon to you from over here. Drizzly day and much cooler than y/day where temps were in the high 20s but today low teens.. Just been
    out to the local botanical gardens and a visit to the cafe there with my
    wife, followed by a bit of shopping.

    I'll be updating soon and post a confirmation shortly.
