  • Polling Event question

    I have an hourly polling event set up to Niba HUB which seems not to be working. The event is configured as:

    Active: Yes
    Exec Type: Hourly
    Exec Hour: 1
    Exec Min: 0
    Shell: fidopoll 21:4/100|mutil mailin.ini
    Sun-Sat: Yes

    And I see the following from mis:

    13:00:00 EVENT Running event: Poll fsxNet Niba HUB
    13:00:00 EVENT Cmd: fidopoll 21:4/100
    13:00:00 EVENT Res: 127
    13:00:00 EVENT Cmd: mutil mailin.ini
    13:00:00 EVENT Res: 127

    But no logs are being generated, and no mail goes out or comes in.

    Manual polling works.

    OK this is an error that says it didn't run. You're using a Pi so try this on your shell line

    ./fidopoll 24:4/100|./mutil mailin.ini

    It's the ./ that will do the trick :)

    ^^^ The command is the issue. Try:

    ./fidopoll 21:4/100|./mutil mailin.ini
