    Hi

    I uploaded a new release to the website (v0.46)

    This includes an important fix to REPLY kludges when replying to a
    message in a packed message base. It could either fail to include a REPLY kludge or include an incorrect REPLY kludge.

    The windows version also includes updated openssl library.

    Thankyou Vorlon and Oli for spotting this.
