  • File tic area changes

    Hello All!

    I have replaced tic area WINSUTIL (supposed for Wildcat +5 with WINUTILS - Windows utilities with a newly hatch archive.

    The old one was as dead as a dodo.
    Hopefully I will have other archives to add to the new one - I hope.

    The system connected to the old have been placed in the new name.

    By all means add, remove, etc., yourselves as required.
