    I'd like to shut off at times or all the time the login notice on
    how many doors have been installed after a users last logon.

    This is not a feature of Synchronet. Maybe you installed something that does this?

    Are you using ../xtrn/doorscan perhaps? I have that set up on my BBS for providing notices when new doors have been installed.

    Check what programs you configured in SCFG->External Programs with "Execute on Event" set to "Logon".

    Maybe paste an example of what it looks like here?
