Do you have your account configured to forward your email to an external netmail address?
Are you checking (and possibly) deleting your BBS mail using a POP3 or IMAP mail client?
Either of those scenarious could explain what you're describing.
You can use the ;mail sysop command to look at all the mail in the mail base and possibly find the mail in question and see if it was forwarded
and/or deleted.
I could not find it using the ;mail option, either. However, I did stop forwarding it to the external address and now I am able to get it. (at least
the one I sent to myself via email at my BBS address.)
Thanks!

My guess: the message was forwarded and then deleted (after being successfully sent) and you have SCFG->Message
Options->User Can View Deleted Messages set to "No".

I was able to get it fixed by not forwarding it to my email, but I had it set that 'sysop only' could read deleted mail and that didn't work.
Anyway,
th mail was going to my spam folder on my personal email, which is why I wasn't being notified. That should be fixed now as well. Thanks for the help!
