Hey Rob!
First of all, happy belated Birthday and Happy New Year!
I'm playing around with the new v3.20 build for Synchronet for Windows (upgrading from v3.19 with new updates from the git respository and updated exec files from the dev zip package). I also ran "jsexec update" to use the new .ini file system instead of the old .cnf system
I did find one issue that I wanted to ask about. From the Synchronet Control Panel, I wanted to access the User Editor. While I think the file stucture did convert over to the new system, it looks like it's missing a necessary file in order to work.
The error is: "Useredit.exe - System Error" "The code execution cannot proceed because vc160.bpl was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."
Is this something on my end that I'm doing wrong with the dev upgrades? Or is it something you need to do on your end?

Just a build setting on my end that's setup for a developer environment with
