What is the shortest, reasonable time frame for calling and updating remote boards? the docs seem to suggest 4 times a day as a setting but it would be nice to sync more frequently. would hourly be too much?

I think VERT has a limit to daily logins... I think I had it set to 96x (15m) daily at one point, pretty sure it's 24 currently though.
24x might be better than 1-2x, as each package has fewer messages to process, smaller and if it errors, less loss.
