  • Issues w/posts from BSMTQQ?

    Hello!

    Was curious if you're getting any further issues or errors in the logs from BSMNTQQ? It appears messages in this forum are getting through to Vertrauen, but messages to other forums aren't showing up presently.

    I believe the messages were relayed via the hub appropriately, seeing packets passed on to VERT, but as I did make a temporary mess of things I can't be positive what might be causing things to disappear.

    Yep!

    It's a little unusual for a single sysop to be running 2 nodes on DOVE-Net, one feeding from the other. Care to explain what you're doing?

    you're doing?

    Sure. Just planning on one system to act as a message hub in a pretty plain un-customized setup. The other, downstream, system is a plain node message-base-wise, and is likely to be worked on/customized/etc in a fashion that I wouldn't want to affect other operations.

    I guess you're saying that nothing interesting showed up in the logs from dovemod qnet sessions that suggests messages from BSMNTQQ got discarded (or otherwise eaten)? I am suspicious of the mess I created when with the message base looping, and wonder if I might be needing to purge/reset any of the bases on the basement.
