I had someone try to create a new user account and it failed with the
error, 'Unsupported Backspace Key' He is a Wildcat sysOP so he knows
his way around computers. Any ideas on what I can do?

Along with that error is the actual value of the character received when a backspace key was requested. What value was that?

ASCII A is line-feed, Ctrl-J (see asciitable.com). Sounds like this user hit their ENTER key instead of their BACKSPACE key.

He is using a really old program called QmodemPRO and possibly it is not compatible.
Not a problem, though. Thanks.
