You dont have a secure session, so that may be the reason you are

You can't. That is normal and you should have no trouble sending and receiving netmail over an insecure session. You and your link(s) may want to setup secure sessions as you move forward.

Have you seen this netmail on your BBS or is 60b7c978.pkt sitting in your unsecure inbound waiting to be tossed maybe?
