Which message reader? There are several. If you are referring to SlyEdit, perhaps post a message directly to Nightfox
Don't know if any of these have been previously brought up or if I'm just missing something in the settings or help files, but a few things I would love to see in the next release of SBBS:
- On the control panel 'statistics' window, would love to have the "Today" post counter also include the number of posts from echomail, not just ones made from someone logged in on my board.

Just a couple of thoughts I've had since I started using SBBS.

My message reader lets you save to a text file on the BBS machine. But it
doesn't send the message to a printer.. Since the reader runsserver-side,
sending to a printer should only be available to the sysop.
Those options are already available from the 'O'perator menu while reading messges:

Did not even know about that menu since there is no reference made to it on the main reading menu:
My message reader lets you save to a text file on the BBS machine.
But it
Which one is yours? Because I don't see a command to save/export the current message when I pull up the help.

Nope, in fact it actually looks like the menu is cutting off short.

You probably have an older revision of msgscan.asc. Get the latest via CVS: http://cvs.synchro.net/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/text/menu/msgscan.asc?view=log
