I don't know what is going on, I do a %rescan on my FTN feed,
areafix responds that it's rescanning 300+ messages in 55 echoes,
but they are not showing up in my message bases. I've rechecked
my message base settings, but the messages are just vanishing
into the ether. Any help would be greatly appreciated. -+-
My guess is that those messages are already in your message base,
so when they show up again, SBBSecho is seeing them as dupes.

Nope, SBBS is showing that there are 0 messages total in the
echoes.

OK..... what does sbbsecho.log say? That's the key to figuring it
out. Perhaps it doesn't know where to put the messages? All the
areas are defined properly in SCFG? Your AREAS.BBS file is
accurate?

It's all working now. I think it was all down to the areas.bbs
file. Had to make some manual changes inside the file and put it
in the data folder rather than in the CTRL folder where I had
been told to put it. -+-
