    Added loadComponent function. Should load and output the namedcomponent (xjs) file from webv4/mods/components/ if available,or from webv4/components if available there, or output nothingat all (and return false) otherwise. Semi-tested, the best kindof tested.

    If ctrl/modopts.ini -> [web] is missing, start with minimumviable best-guess settings ({web_directory: '../webv4}). Thisgives lib/init.js a chance to set further defaults.

    Fix missing page title when defaulting to home.Exit immediately if client attempting redirect to arbitrary external site. (This won't work for them anyway, but no need to run the rest of the script.)Use js.exec() for components instead of load().Use <? ... ?> instead of <?xjs ... ?> for XJS one-liners.
