Title: Champagne Cajun Tilapia

Yield: 6 servings
1 c Champagne salad dressing
2 tb Lemon juice
1 tb Creole seasoning
1 ts Dried parsley flakes
1 ts Dill weed
6 (6 oz ea) tilapia fillets
Combine the first five ingredients in a small bowl. Pour
marinade into a large resealable plastic bag. Add
tilapia; seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 15
minutes.
Drain and discard marinade. Place fillets in a greased
15" X 10" X 1" baking pan.
Bake, uncovered, @ 375ºF/190ºC for 20-25 minutes or
until fish flakes easily with a fork.
