    That is what is called comprehensive immigration reform. With more
    money being appropriation from Congress, President Biden would be
    able to ensure enough Border Patrol agents would be there to find
    all those folks sneaking in across the lines and repatriot them to
    where they came from. Sort of a "catch and release" program ...
