    I'll go back to them. The reason I went back to Panorama was the text in command prompts was very hard to read.

    Switch it to SNAP. Panorama isn't the best. I've used SNAP for at least 15 years now without issue. SNAP support Intel video and with ArcaOS's
    version, it will support the later Intel chipsets.

    Tried to get that to work...but it made the system reboot itself...so was thinking that as long as I'm using all OS/2 software...it's not going to be
    an issue until they get the fix coded into the OS.

    It's not IBM, it's Microsoft. M$ still owns a lot of the OS/2 code (and why they chose to use it to create NT, et cetera). From what I've heard from

    Win32s is a sumset of Win32, and it initially appeared in the Windows 3.x days.
    It provided a limited subset of Win32 functionality for 16 bit apps. Win32s isn't an OS/2 thing, it's a Microsoft thing.

    I admit that if it wasn't for the BBS, I'd not be dealing with OS/2 anymore. There's still too many limitations for me to use ArcaOS as my personal OS even though I still love OS/2 in general.

    ArcaOS is what I'd like to really resurrect my old BBS under, though it looks like it's likely to come back under DOS/Qemu under Linux or Win64 first.

    Attempted to setup ODIN...but was not able to do anything else with it. That
    & win32s are interesting ideas...but until they become as easy to setup/use
    as WINE for linux...nice idea.

    AFAIK, it just died out.

    Many years ago...bought the worst car I ever owned...67 VW Fastback. The money/time I spent on that was amazing...but I wanted a VW. When I got married...the wife/I looked at a Type 2 which needed brakes...but did run for $500. More recently...started looking again & found that time is a very cruel mistress with most of the AC Type I-IV's have rusted away to nothing in
    fields & such. Even with the money...I have no where to do the work...while getting TG/2 running...don't have the same limitations.

    It's slowly spreading across Australia. I've had native IPv6 for 9 years now, and in recent times, one of my mobile connections has gained IPv6. :) So IPv6 is all around me. Running a non IPv6 capable system will be an interesting exercise.

    IPV6 on my gigabit fiber service.

    I'm in northeast TN and the only thing I can get out in the sticks is DSL
    and IPv6 is definitely not supported.

    1st car was a 71 Impala you started with a screwdriver. Finally got the key start installed...but never dealt with some of the lead pipe they had put in
    to keep from using hoses. Originally had no heater...but the cousin who sold
    it to me worked repairing airplanes...so rather than take the dash
    apart...went in through the right front wheel well. Went to a movie or something when I 1st got it. Forgot to turn it off & burned through 3/4 tank
    of gas...but it was still there when I got ready to head home.

    Another car I used to drive around this time was a 72 Ford Maverick. Had a 3
    on the tree which would lock up in 3rd gear. Learned to start off in 3rd because my hands were too big to release the levers. ;)
