    Does exist a Semaphone to Force the polling ? (QWK/FTN)

    Mystic creates echomail.out newsmail.out netmail.out and qwkmail.out when messages are ready to be sent. The SysOp defines if/how Mystic behaves when those semaphores exist. By default in A48 there are events to automatically send on those events and to poll every hour.
