Title: Roasted Fresh Okra

1 lb Fresh okra, trimmed and cut
- lengthwise in half
3 tb Olive oil
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
Set oven @ 400ºF/205ºC.
Toss okra with oil, salt and pepper. Arrange in a 15" X
10" X 1" baking pan, cut side up. Roast 12-15 minutes or
until tender and bottoms are lightly browned.
