    Title: Blueberry Lemon Trifle
    Categories: Fruits, Citrus, Dairy, Cakes
    Yield: 14 servings

    3 c Fresh blueberries; divided
    31 1/2 oz (2 cans) lemon pie filling
    2 c Lemon yogurt
    10 oz Prepared angel food cake; in
    - 1" cubes
    8 oz Tub whipped topping; thawed
    Lemon slices & fresh mint;
    - opt

    Set aside 1/4 cup blueberries for garnish. In a large
    bowl, combine pie filling and yogurt.

    In a 3 1/2 qt. serving or trifle bowl, layer a third of
    the cake cubes, lemon mixture and blueberries. Repeat
    layers twice. Top with whipped topping. Cover and
    refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Garnish with reserved
    blueberries and, if desired, lemon and mint.

    Title: Frozen Mocha Marbled Loaf
    Categories: Cookies, Cheese, Dairy, Chocolate
    Yield: 12 servings

    20 Oreo cookies; fine crushed
    3 tb Butter; melted
    8 oz Cream cheese; softened
    14 oz Can sweetened condensed
    - milk
    1 ts Vanilla extract
    2 c Heavy whipping cream;
    - whipped
    2 tb Instant coffee granules
    1 tb Hot water
    1/2 c Chocolate syrup

    Line a 9" X 5" loaf pan with foil. In a bowl, combine
    the cookie crumbs and butter. Press firmly onto the
    bottom and 1 1/2" up the sides of prepared pan.

    In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until light and
    fluffy. Add milk and vanilla and mix well. Fold in
    whipped cream. Spoon half of the mixture into another
    bowl and set aside. Dissolve coffee in hot water; fold
    into remaining cream cheese mixture. Fold in chocolate
    syrup.

    Spoon half of the chocolate mixture over crust. Top with
    half of the reserved cream cheese mixture. Repeat
    layers. Cut through layers with a knife to swirl the
    chocolate (pan will be full). Cover and freeze for 6
    hours or overnight.

    To serve, lift out of the pan; remove foil. Cut into
    slices.
