Title: Chicken, Asparagus & Corn Chowder

2 tb Olive oil
3/4 c Fresh asparagus; in 1" pcs
1 sm Onion; fine chopped
2 tb A-P flour
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Garlic powder
1/4 ts Pepper
14 1/2 oz Can chicken broth
1/2 c Half & Half
1 1/2 c Diced cooked chicken
3/4 c Frozen corn
In a large saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Add
asparagus and onion; cook and stir until tender, 3-4
minutes.
Stir in flour, salt, garlic powder and pepper until
blended; gradually stir in broth and half-and-half.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; cook and stir
until slightly thickened, 3-5 minutes. Add chicken and
corn; heat through.
