Title: Shrimp Gazpacho

6 c Spicy hot V8 juice
2 c Cold water
1/2 c Lime juice
1/2 c Minced fresh cilantro
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Hot pepper sauce
1 lb Peeled, deveined cooked
- U-40 shrimp; tails off
1 md Cucumber; seeded, diced
2 md Tomatoes; seeded, chopped
2 md Ripe avocados; peeled,
- chopped
In a large nonreactive bowl, mix first 6 ingredients.
Gently stir in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate,
covered, 1 hour before serving.
