Title: Paddy’s Reuben Dip

8 oz Thin sliced deli corned
- beef; fine chopped
8 oz Cream cheese; diced
8 oz Can sauerkraut; rinsed,
- drained
1 c Sour cream
1 c Shredded Ementhal cheese
Rye bread or crackers
In a 1 1/2 qt. slow cooker, combine the first 5
ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours or until
cheese is melted; stir until blended. Serve warm with
bread or crackers.
