Title: Low Carb Whiting Fingers

Yield: 2 servings
2 Whiting filets
1 lg Egg
4 c Pork rinds
1/4 ts Black pepper
1/2 ts Garlic powder
1/2 ts Salt
Set oven @ 400+|F/205+|C.
Place pork rinds in food processor and grind. Add garlic
powder, pepper and salt to ground rinds.
Cut fillets into fingers. Beat egg. Dip fingers in egg.
Roll in the seasoned rind dust.
Place on parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool
about 5 minutes then serve.
Cook in air fryer at 400+|F/205+|C 8-10 minutes, turning
halfway through.
