    3 lg Eggs
    2/3 c All-purpose flour

    1/2 ts Baking powder
    1/2 ts Salt
    2 Tubes white decorating gel
    1 c M & M's miniature baking

In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and
fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each
addition. Beat in vanilla. Combine flour and baking
powder; add to creamed mixture just until moistened.

    Press into a greased 13" x 9" baking pan. Bake @
350ºF/175ºC for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.

Meanwhile, melt butter in a large saucepan over medium
heat. Remove from the heat; stir in sugar and vanilla.
Add eggs, one at a time, stirring well after each
addition. Combine the flour, cocoa, baking powder and
salt; stir into butter mixture just until combined.
    Spread over warm blond layer.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in
the center comes out clean (do not overbake). Cool on a
    wire rack.

    Cut into 36 rectangles (3 1/4" x 1").

With decorating gel, draw a line dividing each rectangle
in half widthwise; attach baking bits with dabs of
    decorating gel to resemble dominoes.

    Title: Charles Chocolates Pecan Brownies
Categories: Chocolate, Nuts, Desserts, Snacks, Cookies
    Yield: 18 Servings

    3 c Pecan pieces
    1 1/2 c All-purpose flour
    10 oz Unsalted butter
    12 oz Bittersweet chocolate
    5 lg Eggs
    1 1/2 c Granulated sugar
    2 tb Vanilla extract

    Heat oven to 350-|F/175-|C.

Place pecan pieces on a baking sheet and bake until nuts
are lightly toasted and brown, about 10 to 12 minutes.
Remove from oven and set aside to cool.

Butter and lightly flour a 13" by 9" baking dish; set
aside. Combine toasted pecans and flour in a medium
mixing bowl until pecans are well coated; set aside.

Create a double boiler by filling a pot with 2 inches of
water and bringing to a simmer over medium-low heat.
Combine butter and chocolate in a heatproof bowl and set
over the pot. (Do not let the water touch the bottom of
the bowl.) Stir continuously until mixture is completely
melted and smooth. Remove from heat and set aside to
    cool.

Combine eggs, sugar, and vanilla in the bowl of a stand
mixer fitted with a whisk attachment and beat until
thick and pale. Add cooled chocolate mixture and beat
until evenly combined. Stir in pecan mixture until just
incorporated and no white streaks remain.

Pour into the prepared dish and bake until a toothpick
inserted into brownies comes out clean, about 25 to 30
    minutes. Let cool before cutting.
