    Semantics in the echo tag. Both terms are synonymous.

    In cases like this, it's as if someone wanted another ham radio echo
    for themselves to moderate.

    I think AMATEUR_RADIO may be older than this echo. I took over this echo
    from Roy Witt when he left Fidonet just before his death.
