I a friend of mine had a similar gun, but I think it was a Remington chambered in .38. Either way, I enjoyed shooting it way back when.

I've shot this one now in .357 and .38 as well. Former is louder and
more powerful, and fun - latter is VERY very fun, hardly any 'kick' and
not much louder than a .22 rifle. :-)

That does sound like a fun riffle to shoot!
Oh it is! My wife has an AR rifle and an AR pistol - those are fun too, but there's something about a wooden stock and old fashioned iron sights. :-)
