Technical experts in the FTSC who resort to these cheap insults are just as counterproductive as the non-technical experts you claim to despise.

Well, you'll have to look backwards to see much of novell these

You served the FTSC very well during your years as administrator

It sure sounds like he's got a bad case of 'sour grapes'.

Thats not even the half of it... we can't even make any wine from the grapes; just sour grape-juice not even worthy of a discount dollar store sale.

Apparently the way for him to try to one-up someone is asking them how their IPV6 implementation is going... You better chop-chop there Dan and get 'er done otherwise you will get the frowny-face kitty-cat meme from him.

Heh. My ISP does not even offer IPv6, and I don't even care.
Things are working just fine on good 'ole v4, and will continue to
do so. The sky is *NOT* falling here. :-)

If you're a leaf node with no downlinks you may be OK.

But if you want to continue running a server, then eventually IPv6 is inescapable.

So is the fact that the Sun will eventually become a Red Giant
(and then a White Dwarf), and that will spell the end of the
Earth. I'm not worried about that, either. ;-)
