It has come to my attention that the netmailed copy sent to all RCs of
the FTSC election time frame inadvertently contained the time frame
from a previous election. The copy posted here was correct. A
followup netmail has now been sent to all RCs with the correct dates.
And will it be published in the FidoNews?
It was submitted to the FidoNews editor before last week's issue was published; apparently he missed it.
Last in the section "How to submit an article", you can read this:
Please include a message, telling me that you have sent an article.
That way I will know to look for it.
Just sending the file(s) generally don't work, I seldom check my incoming netfile folder manually.
Noted for future reference...
Oops, I forgot that we already have a file echo named FTSC, so I called our new file echo FTS. If nothing else, it should remind you about the proper file extension... :)
