But why a lower limit at all?

I just created a test area with one letter tag "T". Fmail and Golded did not seem to have a problem with it.

Anyone with an areamager password is free to try to link in and test if it works on his/her system.

Its only about the autmatic recognition of the areas from the area list. Since the mechanics are simple, longer area names improve accuracy.

The actual handling should do even for single letter here.
