From a moderator of 14 Fidonet echoes, please don't use high ASCII in an echo unless it's specifically allowed. There's still a lot of systems
out there that don't like that particular set of characters. Just some friendly advice.

There's a lot of software that doesn't recognize the CHRS kludge
so my advice is to avoid it period unless the echo specifically allows
it.
I personally just find it annoying except in BBS ads and the like.
