sure which are active. Where can find proper echolist. For
example this FIDOTEST conference was not in my echoso I had
to add it manualy to tosser (Wildmail), but I think that Uli
explained that to me in email.

If you can generate a FREQ, then request 'backbone.na' from this system.

Alternatively, Wilfred has some good advice. The hard part is finding "active" echoes. Good luck.
