    One message here for all to read. I do want to make amends for this awful screwup. Was redoing my message bases and things got screwed up. So I
    deleted all the fido base message bases and recreated them. No way fido
    should have another blow (hope I don't have to eat those words).

    At this moment I have no messages in any of the fido message area. Let's see how this goes.

    I know some of you want to have me cut off, please don't. For those who have no patience with me screwing things up, well I have no words to relieve your anger but do ask for leniency.

    ok, regardless, port 24555 is for my Irex connection which receives my
    mail and then PXWin tosses it. (the bbs noted above telnet port is
    2324)

    I'll see what can be done to clear this up.
