HPT supports %PKTPWD to change the packet password used, but I don't
see in the help file samples anything for TIC Password changing.
Is this not a supported option to do?

What does that ticpwd? What should happen in case of a mismatch?
Whether or not it actually does support it or not, I don't know, it's
just not documented so I assume it's not supported.

A short rgrep found an hpt/TODO file:
- remote change areafixpwd, pktpwd, ticpwd, filefixpwd by links [done by AL]
