    I'm not the moderator of this group and i'm back at fidonet since a couple of weeks only, but have to ask anyway: Is a discussion about political leaders really a topic in here?

    Out of the last 1000 messages in the echo, how many of them were
    actually "discussing articles" that had appeared in the FidoNews?

    Percentage wise, I'd say proportionally to how many article contributions we've had.

    When was the last article in Fidonews?

    When there are, they are usually very interesting.

    However any discussion done in a civil manner is generally fine, it is up to the Moderator to set limits.

    Perhaps you could write an articule on what you think on how moderated echos should be moderated.
