The entity known as Nick Andre was overheard to say -

Actual evidence. Not any stories of that he said this,

Cue to the crickets chirping. Not one person came forward
to answer my simple polite question. But, I was handed by
IC/ZC2 a large archive of ZCC and ZCCPUBLIC with a polite
explanation.

And the evidence was all there for me to study carefully that:

8. The-then ZC1 was directly responsible for the removal manipulation.
9. The previous ZC1 did not realise that an IC is necessary to enact
or amend certain provisions of P4.

known as P4 was never passed or ratified by any zone.
Hell, nobody even knows who wrote it, or even if any of
them were sysops.

Sysops in Zone 2 actually *rejected* P4, as noted in a previous
post in this echo. The claim that sysops in any other zone passed
and ratified P4 has never been documented, as it never happened.

But hey. None of that really matters. Power resides with
individual sysops, not those who falsely claim to have authority
over them and others.

Nick Andre is nothing more than a paper tiger. Same as all
others who have done the same. The fact of the matter is there
is no Supreme Dictator of Fidonet. Even though there may be
many pretenders.
