    This is an echo conference for the visually impaired. Many subscribers are almost blind.
    From a technical point of view, it is interesting in that it is a fusion of e-mailing, Fido echoconference and telegram group.

    Aside from the obvious "Fidonet" ones, are any of the others in
    English?

    Almost all Russian-speaking groups in the description are designated as Russian.

    The visually impaired.. never thought of that demographic.
    Voice/sound is a very good solution indeed!

    I dabbled a bit in Telegram's voice as a means to leave a memo
    to myself. Works really well. The audio file size is very
    efficient.

    designated as Russian.

    Some are not clear whether they are exclusively English. Let me
    mention the ones I mean specifically:
