Ok, So far I've seen a few possible problems with the Java Chat or...
Some people have reported that they could not use the javachat with
Netscape but could with exploder. I was able to use it with
Communicater 4.6 without any probs.
Picture 33 users chatting and all being booted out at the same time
for no reason and not being able to chat after that untill WINS was restarted.
<shrug>
Any thought, ideas?

Sure, get more info. What version of netscape? What platform? Am I supposed to just picture this, or did it actually happen? Is it repeatable?
So far the users being booted out of chat has only happened once.
The problems were all prior to the current AUP.
Info Info Info I be sure to get you more :)
Thanks

Ok, this makes a big difference, you should say these things in the
first place. Do you have the new javachat now?

Why isn't the "new" java mentioned in the whats new in the AUP information JS>for the build information?
Why isn't the "new" java mentioned in the whats new in the AUP information JS>for the build information?
It is mentioned in the "Addendum.hlp" file under "Information about the current update" listing.
It is mentioned in the "Addendum.hlp" file under "Information about the EB>-> current update" listing.
Then you DEFINITELY got a different addendum.hlp file than I did. I EB>wonder if the change Hector made to the AUP after the daylight savings EB>time issues put an older version on the AUP or something.
When did you run the AUP? Because the version I ran Saturday morning EB>definitely did *NOT* mention the updates to the java chat client, even EB>though I knew they were there. It sent me an old wcnav.htm template,
too. So something is screwy somewhere.

Oh, you get that file and information when you use the aup , not before ?
However, I would have to go look to make sure, but I think that the new section Hector and company put on the web site about new items in the
AUP also includes this information in that section. You might take a
look for that on the main "online.winserver.com" web site.
