Title: Soy-Marinated Flank Steak

Yield: 4 servings
1/4 c Soy sauce
2 tb Water
3 cl Garlic; thin sliced
1 tb Brown sugar
1 tb Canola oil
1/2 ts Ground ginger
1/2 ts Pepper
1 lb Beef flank steak
In a shallow dish, combine the first 7 ingredients; add
steak and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 8
hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
Drain steak, discarding marinade. Grill, covered, over
medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes on each side or until
meat reaches desired doneness.
