1 1/2 c Fresh peach slices
1 c Fresh strawberries; halved
Honey to taste
1 Ripe banana; mashed
1/2 ts Pure vanilla extract

3 c Plain yogurt
3 c Apples; grated
1/2 c Almonds; toasted & chopped
1/2 c Maple syrup
1 ds Cinnamon
1 ds Nutmeg
1/4 c Raisins or toasted sunflower
-seeds; (optional)
Combine all ingredients gently. Serve chilled. Each of these
variations serves six.
