I've been using get_iplayer and its Web PVR Manager fine for years until recently when it would not load the page up, refusing to connect to "localhost:1935" in both Chrome and Firefox browsers.
Happened recently around the time Windows 11 updated itself but I am not 100% sure.
Tried everything I could to get the Web PVR Manager page to load up.
The only way it finally launched was if I right-clicked over Web PVR Manager and launched it as Administrator. Bingo!
Thought I'd put it here incase someone else runs into this problem. :)
