I rarely watch ITV so cannot comment on that but schedules have been all
over the place for the last ten days. And 'serial record' seems always
to be unreliable, I have a few series set to record and they often have
to be set to record again each week.

I have it set up on my Virgin box, and it's recorded correctly.

Yes. It was rescheduled to start at 20.05 and seemed to be identified as
a new programme so the old timer setting no longer applied.

That's a relief - my Foxsat HDR also missed it. I started it manually at 26 min. in and also set +1 to record so that I could watch ~¾ of it in HD.

Could have sworn that Bloodlands was set also, but that didn't record.

I record using MythTV on my Linux Mint computer. Ridley recorded
    perfectly.

I set my recordings to start 1 minute before and 5 minutes
after the broadcast yet I still sometimes lose the climax of some
    rubbish films.

Bloodlands is a repeat of a poor series. I gave up watching after a few episodes.

I recorded Ridley on ITV+1 I haven't checked to see if it recorded.

    Same on a Sky+HD box.
