Just surprised to find it. Most feeds I find on 28.2°E are BISS
encrypted. It looked like there were at least two other feeds that
Saturday afternoon that were encrypted. Indeed when I compared that feed
with the live coverage on ITV they clearly had some other feed or feeds
from the same location that they were using for some of it.
