I noticed the other day that if you go into the bib radio channels with some software, you do not hear that irritating BBC sounds jingle or the come on
for logging in.
So for those with Amazon echos, Play BBC radio Solent will play it via the default player and you get the jingle.
However if you say ask mytunerradio to play BBC radio Solent, it will give usually three choices and you just say the number and it goes straight in
and plays it.
Of course if there is a rights issue with the content,normally only on
sport, you will get the normal jingle about its not available, but then I'm
not interested in sport,normally footy or Rugby.

Its a strange old world.
