    Today, I have noticed on several occasions, outsider reporters having
    their final words being repeated. Almost like an echo.

    Yes me too. Its as if its coming back from the monitor and passing back into the output before its been muted. I don't know what they use, but there are some sound drivers around with a lot of latency and others that cut off the first syllable as the hardware goes off to save battery. This seems to be
    how some AD is being done and you can clearly hear the late arrival of the actual audio and yet there is a program to stop this, called silencio.exe.
    This opens the sound hardware but does not send any audio through it. That
    way no clipping of the start.
