MUSEUM Harold Kennedy, N2GG, has donated his "Blue Lightning" to the AWA Museum. It's a 2010 replica of a 1920 1/2KW synchronous rotary spark gap transmitter. It took Kennedy over 1,000 hours to complete the beautiful piece.

I doubt that there is a licence allowing you to operate a spark
transmitter.
