Why has the decision to remove Roger Bolton from Radio 4's Feedback
programme been made by the BBC? I thought the whole point was that
Feedback should be produced by an independent production company in
order to challenge the BBC. Surely they should choose the presenter?
Alternatively, what about Ofcom choosing:-)

Possibly Mr. Bolton has not come to a mutually satisfying financial arrangement with the new production company? Or he may have decided not
to bother making the change, as he's getting bored or can't be bothered making the commute to the new studio?

Reading an article about this, it seems the programme has always been
and still will be produced by an independent company, and as the result
of a periodic tendering process, this company has changed, presumably >because the new one is cheaper. The BBC have always just paid the
production company for the rights to broadcast it.
