    If you really want to know about how OfCom works (or to put it another
    way how useless they are) go to iPlayer and listen to the Today prog of
    this morning at around 1hr 50 min running (i.e. about 07:50) when they
    did an interview with the head of OfCom, Dame somebody-or-other.

    My brain hurts.

    Yes the figureheads are really to be ignored I think. Those lower down seem
    to have a bit more of a clue, but then its spun by the figureheads to be
    what they want it to be.
